It would seem that most lenders would want this level of business, however the number of lenders available reduces significantly upon reaching £1 million and over. There are only a few lenders that could make possible this lever of borrowing.

We have access to the underwriters that are behind the scenes and as a result we would discuss the case before an application is made. This process will highlight any potential issues before they arise thus saving you time and money.

With each case there will be a dedicated Case Administrator that will help you through to completion. Your Case Administrator will keep you informed about the progress of your application at all times and handle any problems that occur with all parties involved, such as the lender, estate agents and solicitors leaving you stress free throughout the process.
